Things to do in Singapore in April 2018

Image adapted from: avry

2018 sure seems to be zooming past real quick. We’re 4 months in and done celebrating the New Year, CNY, and Valentine’s Day. But that doesn’t mean the excitement stops here. From a camp-in cinema to HIIT on water, this month has in store a line up of activities you certainly wouldn’t want to miss.

1. Have a comfy campout at ECP with yoga, movies, and a BBQ

Camp-In Cinema* takes camping at East Coast Park up a notch –  you won’t be sleeping in thin sleeping bags, or roughing it out in any way. Instead, you’ll get comfy mattresses with linen and bedding, and even a comfort pack as well as a cooling fan and toiletries in your tent.

Yup, your comfort is 100% guaranteed at this event. Lie back and relax as you enjoy a movie under the stars, and munch on freshly barbequed grub. The next morning, you’ll get to stretch your muscles with sunrise yoga by the ocean, and dig into a meat-free Italian Breakfast. Doubt a weekend can get any more relaxing than this.

Note: You’ll need to bring your own yoga mat.

*Due to the National Park camping regulations, sleepover at the Camp-In Cinema is open only to Singaporeans, PRs and Foreigners holding on to a Singapore Work Pass Permit or a Residence Permit, both with a valid residential address in Singapore.

Date: 28 April 2018
Venue: East Coast Park
