A romantic, nature-esque hotspot for couples, Dusk Restaurant & Bar’s alfresco setting makes it a prime dating location to admire a splendid view of Sentosa. You’ll get to nom on some sumptuous European tapas and take your pick from Dusk’s sprawling selection of wine to cap off a fine date.
Their Duck Rillette Au Gratin ($22) will whet your appetite with pieces of shredded duck served atop crunchy ciabatta bread. If you missed the opportunity to indulge in dome dining last year, the next best thing that’s available are the cosy teepee huts within the premises of Mr. Stork. Snuggle next to your boo in these intimate tents while soaking in the ambience from the 39th floor of Andaz Singapore.
Of course, in the case of inclement weather, you’ll be able to dine indoors too. For the extra fancy who want to try a cheese platter, go for the Les Freres Marchand Cheese Selection that comes with an assortment of three ($25) or five types of cheese ($32). Else, you’ll find the deluxe Chef’s Selection ($48) and it’s slew of squid, chicken and beef as the more appealing choice instead.
If you wanna loosen up a lil’, choose from their selection of wines and cocktails that start from $19 and $22 respectively. The Grapefruit ($22) is a refreshing complement for your meal, thanks to its unique blend of grapefruit and lime juice alongside aromatic bitters and tequila.

If you’re heading down anytime between 12th February – 14th February 2021, keep your eyes peeled for their three-course (from $88/person) Valentine’s Day menus at Duxton Hill and Customs House respectively. You can expect either a savoury pastry or an oyster dish as your hors d’oeuvre, and get a sweet ending for your date with their Strawberry Lychee Rose Tart.
Fun fact: The oh-so-fancy French word ‘entrecôte’ is pronounced ‘on-truh-cot’, and it’s pretty much a bougie term for ribeye. I’ll shamelessly admit I’ve been pronouncing it as ‘le on-truh-ko-tay’ prior to this startling epiphany.

Couples who are fans of the iconic PS.Cafe franchise have reason to rejoice, as its sister concept cafe Jypsy serves up comfort Japanese cuisine with a twist. Located in the idyllic stretch of Martin Road, the resto’s rustic wooden interiors give a homely, relaxing feel to the establishment.
From fresh sashimi and sushi rolls to chirashi bowls and tempura appetisers, Jypsy’s got the whole shebang for you to order from. Take a chance on their Salmon Tacos ($14) that have chunks of salmon sandwiched between a crunchy seaweed shell – a Japanese meal isn’t complete without salmon, after all.
